Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
(KAP)
A Breakthrough Approach for Deep Healing and Emotional Reset

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a powerful, evidence-based approach that blends the transformative effects of ketamine treatment with trauma-informed psychotherapy to promote deep healing from PTSD, depression, anxiety, and emotional stuckness—especially when traditional therapy has fallen short.

Clients work with an independent, licensed medical provider to obtain a ketamine prescription, which is self-administered in nasal spray or sublingual lozenge form during psychotherapy sessions. Ketamine serves as a catalyst, reducing internal resistance and facilitating access to deeper emotional and somatic material—especially when combined with Brainspotting or EMDR therapy. Insurance is not accepted for BrainSpotting intensive sessions. Your information will be kept between you and your therapist, ensuring complete confidentiality.
How Ketamine Therapy Enhances Brainspotting and EMDR

Brainspotting + Ketamine:
The dissociative effects of ketamine help soften cognitive defenses that often block emotional processing. Brainspotting supports the body in accessing and releasing trauma at the neurophysiological level, creating a synergistic healing experience.

EMDR + Ketamine:
Ketamine promotes neuroplasticity and emotional flexibility, making it easier for clients to access and process traumatic memories. This deepens and accelerates the impact of EMDR by reducing emotional overwhelm.
