Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking licensed and pre-licensed mental health therapists and counselors who are passionate about providing trauma-informed care and helping diverse clients navigate life’s challenges.

We especially welcome therapists with experience or interest in:

• Trauma-focused modalities (EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic therapies)

• PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, and depression

• Supporting first responders, medical professionals, and the LGBTQ+ community

• Couples and family therapy

Positions Available:

• Licensed Clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC)

• Interns (MFT, CPC, CSW) with approved supervisors

  • Optional onsite MFT/CPC Intern supervision can be provided based on supervisor availability 

• 1099 contract positions with flexible schedules and clinician autonomy

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Nevada license in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or clinical social work or is a state registered intern

• Aligns with a client-centered, trauma-informed approach
