Maybe you’re a college student struggling with a lot of sudden changes, or you might be on probation,
adjusting to the world again. No matter what you’re going through, I believe you have a story to tell, and you deserve to be heard. I’m here to accept you as you are, with no judgment. When you’re ready, I’ll
help you write the next chapter of your story, so it can look more like the life you want it to be.

I help adults who are dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and more. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#5702-C) and am EMDR trained. I use approaches like CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, so you can learn to react to problems in a new way. I’m here as a listening ear, but I will also help you take action. Part of my job is to challenge you. I want you to be able to take skills from therapy and apply them to everyday life.

Imagine if life were a little bit easier. What if you had more confidence and were able to advocate for
yourself without being fearful of what others may think? What if trauma didn’t weigh you down?

Your demons don’t have to control your life forever. Together we can tackle anything that’s holding you back so you can freely move forward. I’m ready to hear your story!

Professionally, I hold an advanced degree in Trauma-Informed Practice from Syracuse
University and a doctorate from Texas Woman’s University. I am Brainspotting certified, a
focused mindfulness approach particularly effective in addressing Trauma and Complex PTSD,
as well as a variety of other issues. My passion lies in unraveling the layers of wounding
experiences that often obscure the authentic selves we are meant to be. Through trauma-
focused work, I guide individuals through the process of rediscovering their truth, rewiring the
impact of historical core wounds from childhood, and changing the faulty programming that no
longer serves them.
I specialize in trauma-related issues among individuals, children, adolescents, and families. My
approach extends to the use of virtual and/or in-person Sand Tray therapy, fostering a safe and
trusting therapeutic environment. Prioritizing establishing safety and trust, my therapeutic
methodology is grounded in a strengths-based approach, emphasizing the development of a
robust self-concept and the healing journey toward self-compassion, and understanding.
Furthermore, my research expertise extends to addressing bullying and family bullying
behaviors, emphasizing the importance of resilience and empowerment in overcoming these
challenges. In addition to traditional therapeutic methods, I incorporate Expansion Brainspotting
to facilitate the exploration of joy, guiding individuals back to their authentic selves. Let's embark
on a transformative journey together, focusing on healing, self-discovery, and reclaiming your
true essence.
