I’m a Clinical Social Work- Intern with a deep-rooted passion for walking alongside others in their healing journeys.
Before becoming a therapist, I began my career as an industrial engineer. While that path sharpened my analytical skills, I gradually found myself drawn to something more personal and fulfilling—supporting people through life’s challenges. In 2018, I made the meaningful shift to social work and haven’t looked back since.
I work with individuals from young adulthood through older adulthood who are navigating difficult emotions, struggling to make sense of themselves or their relationships, or hoping to build a healthier connection with their mind and body. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, identity questions, life transitions, trauma, grief, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
My therapeutic style is gentle, collaborative, and strengths-based. I recognize that every person carries a unique story, and I strive to create a space where you can share yours safely and without judgment. I incorporate a range of approaches, including CBT, DBT, exposure work, mindfulness-based techniques, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process and heal from past experiences.
Originally from Baltimore, I’ve had the opportunity to live in many places and explore various fields, which has given me a broad and compassionate perspective on human experiences. Throughout these transitions, one thing has remained constant: my desire to listen deeply and connect authentically.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find me enjoying life’s little joys: spending time with my pup, watching sports or K-dramas, being in nature, traveling, and always staying curious about the world around me.

Together, we’ll explore what’s working and what’s not, uncover the deeper meaning behind your struggles, and celebrate your growth along the way. If you're feeling uncertain or overwhelmed, that's okay. You don't need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. The process is about starting where you are and taking small, meaningful steps toward healing and self-discovery.
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, respect, and collaboration. I believe that therapy is a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
My goal is to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, navigating life’s challenges, and empowering you to create positive change. I want you to feel comfortable and cared for. I am open to hearing any concerns you may have or take a creative approach to therapy.
